Robin Radar Systems is delighted to announce that last week we won an award at Integron's Customer Experience Awards 2022! Robin joined 13 other top-performing organisations in receiving customer and employee experience awards and won the "Most Recommended by Customers (NPS)" category; beating out hundreds of other participants on the night.

At Robin we pride ourselves on our customer transparency and service and consistently strive for the best aftercare possible, so it's truly an honour to rank among the top customer-focused organisations in the Netherlands. 

Across the 15 categories, the nominees and eventual winners were selected from hundreds of customer and employee experience surveys conducted by Integron in 2021, based on the highest average customer and employee satisfaction figures and the highest Net Promoter Score (NPS) and employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS).

The awards night was held at Hal4 on de Maas in Rotterdam and hosted by the research and consultancy firm, Integron for the twelfth year. Robin's Head of Service & Support, Rene Korevaar was pleased to accept the award on behalf of the company and said it was a hugely successful night and a well-run event. We also received the award on Robin's twelfth anniversary, which really made our day. Cheers!
